These Terms of Use govern your use of the iOS app PunchList ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What PunchList is

PunchList is a productivity tool for documenting jobs, punch items, site issues, photos, notes, statuses, priorities, templates, custom fields, and exported reports.

PunchList is a record-keeping and workflow aid only. It is not a substitute for professional inspection, legal, construction, safety, compliance, or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of any records or reports you create.

2. Licence and Apple terms

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms.

Your use of the app is also governed by Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement:

Where these Terms conflict with Apple’s mandatory terms, Apple’s terms take precedence.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

PunchList offers free usage and optional paid Pro features, including auto-renewable subscriptions and a lifetime purchase.

For auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription covering the same features.

Prices are shown in your local App Store and may vary by region. We do not issue refunds outside of Apple’s standard refund process.

4. Your content
