What data Penny stores

Penny stores the information you choose to add, including:

• Journal names and settings
• Entries, notes, timestamps, tags, and custom fields
• Mood, symptom, supplement, body metric, workout, sleep, and wellbeing logs
• Photos attached to entries
• Optional location information
• Reminders and notification schedules
• Goals, templates, favorites, and app preferences

Where your data lives

Your journal content is stored locally on your device. Penny may also use iCloud backup/sync where available and enabled on your device, so your data can be backed up or restored through Apple services.
